InnoTech College collects, uses, and stores personal information in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We collect only the information needed to advise you on our programs, process your enrolment, and support you through your studies.
How we use your information
- To contact you about programs, tuition, funding, and start dates that you’ve asked us about.
- To process your admissions application, if you choose to apply.
- To meet our regulatory obligations as an Alberta-licensed private vocational college.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
- Alberta Advanced Education and the Private Career Colleges Compliance Branch, where required under the Private Vocational Training Act.
- Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, where required for study permit or Designated Learning Institution reporting.
- Service providers who help us operate the college, such as our student records system, email provider, and phone system. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.
- Anyone else, only where you give us permission or where the law requires it.

Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. For email, reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to info@innotechcollege.com. For text messages, reply STOP to any message. For phone calls, tell the advisor you would like to be removed from our contact list.
Student refund policy
The refund schedule is a disclosure required under Alberta's Private Vocational Training Act and it applies to domestic and international students alike. You can read the current schedule on our refund policy section. The full policy forms part of the Alberta Student Enrolment Contract and a copy is provided to you before signing.

SMS terms of service
By giving us your mobile number on a web form, an application, or in person, you agree to receive SMS messages from InnoTech College.
